Salt Water Flush

You've probably heard all the buzz about colonics and how great they are for cleaning out your intestines.  This is partly true… Yes, they are effective at cleaning out your intestines, but they're not great at all for the health of your body.

The truth is that shoving water up through the rectum regularly will cause the lower part of your colon to lose its elasticity.  It will also flush out too much of the healthy bacteria in your intestines that your body needs.  Doing an enema or colonic with untreated water can even leave you with infections or parasites!  That's something you don't want to risk.

A much safer alternative is the salt water flush.  It's a great cleanse for those who suffer from acne, and just about any skin disease or chronic health condition.  It's not guaranteed to cure you of anything, but people usually notice a big improvement in their health after cleansing.

A salt water flush is a mixture of natural unrefined salt and clean water.  You'll drink this solution and do a few simple steps that encourage the water to flow directly through your intestines and clean out some fecal matter, toxins, and mucus.

Before you do this, I must warn you that it tastes pretty bad.  You'll get used to it, but don't expect to chug it down without a bit of trouble.  You'll also need to stay near a toilet because you'll have diarrhea, so do this cleanse on a weekend when you're not busy.

Do not eat before doing this flush, or for 8 hours after the flush.  Perform this cleanse first thing in the morning.

How To Do A Salt Water Flush;

First, prepare your ingredients.  You'll need:

·        2 level teaspoons of natural, unrefined mineral salt (available from http://realsalt.com)

·        1 quart of boiled water, cooled until lukewarm

Mix the salt and water well.  Drink it as quickly as you can for the best results.  A straw will help with this.

As soon as you're done drinking the mixture lay down on your right side.  Stay in this position for 30 minutes.  The stomach's exit into the small intestines is located at the bottom on the right hand side.  The water will be able to pass into the intestines without being absorbed by the body.

Once it passes into the small intestines it can then clean out the excess debris.  It's like washing down your intestines from the inside of your body.

After you spend 30 minutes laying down on your right side, you are free to get up and go about your daily activities as usual.  You should feel the need to eliminate in a couple hours.  During this time you'll have a lot of diarrhea, so don't pass gas unless you're on the toilet.  Accidents have been known to happen.

This cleanse is simple and very effective at cleaning out the entire length of your intestines.  It's far superior to colonics and enemas, and doesn't require any special equipment.  The next time you feel that you're constipated or bogged down with toxins, try this cleanse and you'll be feeling better in no time!
